A member who votes, a member who has committed funds to a project, a farmer whose cycle is being funded, and the coordinator who verifies that farm are four different positions with four different responsibilities. Here is each one, and how somebody comes to hold it.
Belongs to a cooperative in the ecosystem. This is the position everything else starts from. It does not by itself carry a vote or the right to take part — both of those come with a Clan Pass.
How you come to hold it
Admitted through a cooperative in the ecosystem, with a membership fee payable on approval. Not something this website sells. A member who invites somebody is credited when that person first transacts.
A member holding a live Clan Pass — the ZIMOVERSE membership credential that identifies somebody as a Zimo Clan Federation member. It confers the right to vote, the right to raise a proposal, and the right to take part in an approved project.
How you come to hold it
A membership fee is paid when the membership is approved. From there a member on the clan roll with a verified identity is issued the pass without asking, and it can be withdrawn without removing them from the roll.
A member who has committed funds to an approved project. Their share of that cycle's outcome is proportional to what they committed.
How you come to hold it
By choosing an approved project and committing at or above the minimum set on it.
A verified agricultural operator. Not a borrower and not in debt to anyone — their production cycle is proposed as a project that members may take part in.
How you come to hold it
Apply on this site, then a coordinator visits the farm to verify it in person.
Visits farms, records evidence, and signs off on what a cycle produced. Their recorded weights help determine what a farmer is paid.
How you come to hold it
Must already be on the register of an approved cooperative, then apply and pass review.
May commit their cooperative to a funding request. Being admitted as a member never confers this — it is a separate decision the cooperative makes.

Appointed by the cooperative on its own officers screen.
Administers the governance process and the settings a project is decided under, such as its minimum and its voting thresholds. Does not decide whether a project proceeds.

Appointed. No administrator can approve a project — only a vote can.
Buys or sells produce through the marketplace, including the buyers a partner farm's harvest is sold to.

Register on the marketplace directly. No cooperative membership is required to buy.
