A field coordinator verifies farms, records what they found, and signs off on what a production cycle produced. Members rely on that signature, and farmers are paid against the weights it carries — so the role is not open to everybody.
In person, before anything is proposed. What they record becomes the evidence a member reads when deciding whether to take part.
Verification is not a gate passed once. A coordinator comes back while production is running, and what they find stays attached to the project.
A pickup is paid on a weight the farmer, the driver and the coordinator all record. Where they disagree the lowest figure pays, and an administrator reviews it.
You have to belong to a cooperative the clan has approved before you can apply to coordinate for it. Everything else on this list is ordinary.
An administrator checks the government ID against the photograph before approving anybody. On approval a coordinator record is created, carrying the state and LGA you asked to cover, and you receive sign-in details for the account it is attached to.
Your ID and photograph are stored privately and are not served publicly — not on the application status page, and not to anybody merely holding an application id. Only a reviewer with the authority to decide can retrieve them, and they are asked who they are first.
