Zimo Clan is the participation layer of a cooperative ecosystem, running on an agricultural operating system. The institutional layers come first below, because who decides and where membership comes from matter more than which software runs where.
Membership, participation, the wider member ecosystem, the operating technology and the real production are separate on purpose, so that no one of them can quietly do another's job.

The ZIMOVERSE membership credential. It identifies you as a Zimo Clan Federation member and carries two rights: a vote on proposals, including raising one, and the right to take part in a project the Clan has approved.
It carries a membership fee, set by the clan and paid when membership is approved. Beyond the fee it is earned rather than applied for: a member on the clan roll with a verified identity is issued one without having to ask. It can be withdrawn without removing somebody from the roll.
These are components of the agricultural operating system, not layers of the institution. Evidence enters at verification and is still attached to the project when the cycle is accounted for.

Monitoring
Daily reports from the farm, batch records, and the reporting a farmer works from.
Production
The husbandry, feeding and cycle management a production run actually consists of.
Movement
Pickup from the farm, routing, and the weights recorded when a harvest is collected.

Where produce reaches buyers, with orders, dispatch documents and tracking.
Shared assets
Storage, processing and inputs, funded by the member community and used by partner farms.
Money
Wallets, escrow against a named project, and the settlement of a completed cycle.
Accounting
What a cycle produced, what it sold for, and how the outcome was accounted for.
