A harvest pickup is paid on a weight the farmer, the driver and the coordinator all record. Where those figures disagree the lowest one pays, and the case goes to an administrator rather than being split silently.
Produce is picked up from the farm. Storage and transport are part of the infrastructure the member community funds, not something a farmer has to arrange alone.
What the produce sold for is recorded against the project it came from. That figure is what the cycle is accounted for against.
Cold storage, pickup and delivery are funded by the member community and used by partner farms.
