A project is a verified farm's production cycle, proposed to the Clan and voted on before anybody can take part in it. This page publishes the ones that have finished — not the ones asking.
Each entry is a cycle that ran and was accounted for. No projected return appears here, or anywhere else on this site.

Nothing skips a stage. A project that has not passed a vote cannot be taken part in, and a farm nobody has visited cannot be proposed.
Membership credential
The ZIMOVERSE membership credential. It identifies you as a Zimo Clan Federation member and carries two rights: a vote on proposals, including raising one, and the right to take part in a project the Clan has approved.
It carries a membership fee, set by the clan and paid when membership is approved. Beyond the fee it is earned rather than applied for: a member on the clan roll with a verified identity is issued one without having to ask. It can be withdrawn without removing somebody from the roll.
A coordinator visits in person and records evidence against the farm.
The production cycle is put forward with its costs and its terms.
Raised, seconded, then argued for and against on the record.
Clan Pass holders vote. A proposal that does not pass does not proceed.
Pass holders choose the project and commit at or above its minimum.
Inputs reach the farm and are recorded against the project.
Daily reports and further coordinator visits stay attached to it.
Produce is sold, and what it sold for is recorded.
The cycle is accounted for and the outcome shared proportionally.
Verification is not a one-off gate passed at the start. Evidence keeps arriving for as long as the cycle lasts.
A partner farm reports activity from the farm manager app, and those reports stay attached to the project they belong to.
A coordinator returns during the cycle, not only before it. What they record is evidence, not a status update.
A completed cycle is accounted for against what the project said it would cost, and the outcome shared on the stated terms.
Being open about the limits is part of being open.
Proposals are raised, seconded, argued and voted on by the membership. That process belongs to the Clan.
